Responsibilities

 
  • Multiple team, project and resource management.
  • Scrum meeting with team and daily task allocation.
  • Mentoring team members.
  • Performance review and feedback gathering and session with team.
  • Performance review and feedback gathering and session with team.
  • Responsible for all external Report preparation.
  • Training identification.
  • Responsible for adherence of all the organizational level policies.
  • Client communication.
  • Adherence to information security policies of the company.
  • Project management, Time management, Leadership.
 

Qualifications

    • 8-10 Years of experience
    • B.Tech/MCA/MBA
    • Good knowledge of all the testing concepts.
    • Experience in communicating with clients
    • The ability to recognize and solve issues with product quality.
    • Ability to work in a team and desire to constantly learn new things and improve skills.
    • Ability to act on the information provided or get information needed so that decisions for project implementations can be made quickly and effectively.
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
