Documenting work according to best industry practices.
Good hands-on experience in bug tracking and bug management tools.
Inputs to development and QA team for product and process enhancement.
Read through requirement and design documentation and identify test scenarios for testing.
Write quality test scenarios and follow QA process and standards.
Achieve comprehensive test coverage by understanding the test scope.
Assist in troubleshooting and debugging code to find the root cause of the issues and provide detailed information to the development team.
Perform root cause analysis to identify and recommend test approach improvements.
Proactively bring issues and problems to the attention of the team, generate and propose solutions.
Ability to act on the information provided or get information needed so that decisions for project implementations can be made quickly and effectively.
Experience in preparing and executing test cases and QA process knowledge.
Experience in communicating with clients.
