Lead - HR

Noida – Full-time Position

Lead the HR team in implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
Oversee recruitment/Talent acquisition, onboarding for key positions across the company.
Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
Implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
Address complex employee relations issues and ensure a positive working environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and organizational guidelines.
Drive HR digital transformation and process improvements for greater efficiency.
Act as a key partner to department heads to optimize workforce planning and succession planning.
Lead or support organizational change management initiatives.

- Master’s in Business Administration – HR
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR management.
- Experience in handling HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
